Career Recap: Austin Peay
2025 (Senior)

A Third Team All-ASUN selection and the program’s first ASUN Championship All-Tournament Team selection in her lone season as a Governor… Broke the single-season record and tied the career record with six pickoffs in 2025… Started all 54 games she appeared in at catcher… Finished the season with a team-best 50 RBI, which ranked second in the ASUN and third in program history at the conclusion of the Govs’ season. Those 50 RBI were the most since Danielle Liermann’s program-record 52 in 2019… Her 10 home runs were best for second on the team and eighth in program history, with seven of her home runs going for multiple RBI, three of three runs, and one grand slam… Seventh on the team with 41 hits… Had seven multi-hit performances and two three-hit outings… 14 games with multiple RBI… Had three hits, three RBI, two runs, and her season’s first home run against Florida A&M (Feb. 9) at Mercer’s Heart of Georgia Classic… Began a stretch of three-straight games with a home run in the third game of Tarleton State’s Whataburger Invitational, sparked by a two-run homer against Houston Christian (Feb. 15)… Followed the game with a 3-for-3 performance at the plate in which she had a single, solo homer, and RBI walk against Akron (Feb. 15) in the second half of the doubleheader… Final home run in her stretch came in the form of a grand slam – Austin Peay’s third of the season, which broke the single-season record just 10 games into the 2025 campaign – in the fifth inning against South Dakota State (Feb. 16)… Despite being held without a hit the following game against Holy Cross (Feb. 21) in APSU’s first game of the Furman Classic, drew a season-high two walks against the Crusaders… Had a solo homer at Furman later in the afternoon for her fourth home run in five games… Led Austin Peay to a walk-off win in the homer opener against Middle Tennessee (Feb. 26) by tallying the game-tying home run off a solo shot in the bottom of the seventh and then driving in the game-winning run on a sacrifice fly in the bottom of the eighth… Had a three-run homer run in Austin Peay’s five-inning, 18-3 win against UMass Lowell (March 7) at the Cathi Maynard Invitational… Recorded a two-RBI single and sacrifice fly in a three-RBI game at Bellarmine (March 14)… Followed the outing by matching her season’s best mark with four RBI, including a three-run homer against Lipscomb (March 21)… Had a hit and began a four-game stretch with a walk against the Bisons (March 22) in a game in which APSU broke the Austin Peay Athletics record with its 24th-straight win in a 6-2 victory against Lipscomb (March 22)… Again had a three-run home run at Central Arkansas (March 30)… Had two hits in three-straight games, April 5-8… Had two hits and her season’s 10th home run against North Alabama (April 13)… Ended her collegiate career on a five-game hitting streak, including in each of the Govs’ four ASUN Softball Championship games… Had an RBI in 3-of-4 postseason matchups while catching three runners stealing during the duration of the tournament.

Career Recap: Florida Gulf Coast 2022-24 (Freshman-Junior)
Started 31-of-92 games in three seasons for Florida Gulf Coast… Transfers to Austin Peay alongside former teammate Kayleigh Roper – the duo played together during the 2023-24 seasons…  Had two hits and scored two runs in 20 appearances and six starts during her freshman season… Had her first-career home run against Mercer (May 6)… Started 13-of-46 games during her sophomore season… Had a career-high 12 hits and 10 RBI during the 2023 season… Finished the season with a hit in five-straight games.
