College: Former walk-on has worked way up depth chart and enters second-straight fall No. 1 on depth chart at defensive tackle...had 20 tackles in 2009, which is second-best for returning linemen... also had 3.5 tackles for loss and two quarterback sacks...his only tackle against Newberry in season-opener was a sack... made season-high four tackles at Youngstown State... had a sack against Murray State as well...has proven to be valuable contributor on defensive line since joining Govs...in 2008, credited with eight tackles, including two for loss...credited with two unassisted tackles against Tennessee State, including one for loss...was credited with half tackles for loss against both UT Martin and Murray State...also credited with two quarterback hurries, both against Tennessee Tech...in 2007, credited with two assisted tackles on three difference occasions a year ago...also had quarterback hurry against Bethel in opener and pass break up at Gardner Webb...redshirted in 2006...High School: Defensive end for Tommy Warren at Middle College High School...named all-region as junior and senior...Personal: Business management major...past member of Athletics Director's Honor Roll...son of Janice Everett...born Dec. 20, 1987...age 22.
