High School: A quarterback for head coach Troy Morris at South Forsyth High School… Back-to-back Region 6-7A Offensive Player of the Year as a junior and senior… Threw for 4,109 yards in his prep career and owns the South Forsyth career passing record… Finished senior season with 1,943 passing yards and 25 total touchdowns… Threw for 1,951 yards and 18 touchdowns in his junior campaign, adding 151 yards and six touchdowns on the ground.

Personal: Tyler Anthony Watkins is the son of Tony and Cindy Watkins… Birthday is May 2… Has one sibling, Will… Father, Tony, played football and lacrosse at SUNY Brockport… Mother, Cindy, also played lacrosse at Brockport… A marketing major.
