2016 Cross Country

• Led Govs and ran a season-best 16:12.42 at the Powerade Invite 5k, Sept. 9
• Scored for the Govs in the OVC Championships 8k, placing 48th overall with a time of 27:16.1

2015 Cross Country

• After missing first meet, opened 2015 season with 18th place finish at the Powerade Invitational 5k (16:41.82)
• Placed third in the APSU Cross Country Festival with a time of 21:20 (four-mile)
• Posted a 9th place finish at the XC Only National Invitational 8k (26:09.10)
• Finished 44th in the OVC Championships 8k (26:50.76)

2014 Cross Country

• Won the JSU Foothills Invite 8k with a time of 25:51.56
• Was one of three top-10 finishes, including the APSU Invitational (8th, 22:40) and the UE Cross Country Invite 8k (4th, 26:13.3)..
• Led the Govs in five meets overall, including a 47th-place finish (26:25.00) at the OVC Championships 8k

2013 Cross Country

• Back-to-back top-20 finishes with a 13th-place showing in the Powerade Invitational 5k (16:40.40) and a fifth-place finish in the Fleet Feet Invitational 8k (27:12.1)
• Finished 49th overall with a 26:43.89 at the Greater Louisville Classic 8k and followed that up with a 24th-place finish at the Front Runner Invitational 5k with a 16:05.36 mark
• Claimed a 48th-place finish at the OVC Championships  (26:52.84).

Prep

• Competed for Derek Youel at Brentwood High School
• Made appearances in the region and state championships for the Bruins
• Posted a 16:22 five-kilometer mark as a prep
