As a redshirt junior in 2007: Redshirted and ran unattached for the Govs last season...had best finish in season’s opening race at Belmont, finishing 40th with a time of 16:32.71 in the 5-kilometer race...best mark in the eight-kilometer races came the following race at Auburn, where Rowe finished 85th with a time of 26:57.89.

As a junior in 2006: Rowe ran in six of the Govs seven meets posting a .271 winning percentage... recorded two top-30 finishes... first came at the Belmont Opener where he set a season-best 5K time of 16:10.90 for a 30th-place finish... he followed that with a 27th place (29:42.00) finish at the Screaming Eagle Invitational, which the Govs won, in Clarksville... set a season-best 8K time at the Auburn Invitational with a 146th-place (28:19.94) finish.

As a sophomore in 2005: Ran in six of the season’s seven meets... in the Govs’ opening race, the Belmont Invitational, he finished 53rd and beat his 5k career best by two seconds, bringing the new time to 16:57.76... broke into the top 20 with a 19th-place finish at the Front Runner Invitational, Oct. 15, posting a time of 17:35.00 in the 5k... finished in the Govs’ top four twice during the season.

As a freshman in 2004: Compteted in all seven meets for APSU in his freshman campaign... in his first college race, the Belmont Invitational, a 5K run, Rowe finished in 51st place, second-best on the team (16:59.30)... had his best finish the following meet at the UAH Invitational, where he was 19th (8k 28:55.00)...Rowe had two consecutive top-50 finishes at the Old Timers Classic (41st place, 8K-29:15.52) and the Cross Country-Only National Championships (47th place, 8K-28.27.05)... enjoyed his season’s best race at the Evansville Invitational, with an 8k-best 27:50.93, good enough for 43rd... rounded out the year at the OVC Championships with a 51st-place finish in the 8k (30.58.40).

Prep: Finished 32nd in the state championships to earn All-State honorable mention... ran a 5k personal best of 16:10... also ran track and was a member of the Daviess County team that won the Kentucky State Indoor Championship.
