Dean's List (F22, S23, F23, S24, F24, S25)

As a redshirt sophomore in 2024-25: Played in two tournaments for the Governors… posted a 79.83 scoring average… made his debut in the lineup for APSU at the season-opening Golfweek Fall Challenge, where he shot 247 (80-82-85) and finished 83rd… shot 232 (75-75-83) and finished tied for 68th in Murray State’s The Buddy… dropped his match in the Battle of the Border Match Play, which the Govs won 6-4 over the Murray State.

As a redshirt freshman in 2023-24: Played in one tournament for the Governors… Made his collegiate debut on Austin Peay’s “B Team” at the APSU Intercollegiate, shooting 147 (75-72) to finish tied for 14th overall, second on the “B Team”, and sixth overall among APSU players.

As a freshman in 2022-23: Did not see action and redshirted during his true freshman season.

Prior to Austin Peay: Prepped at Abingdon High School, where he helped lead the Falcons to back-to-back VHSL Class 3 A State Championships… A two-time VHSL All-State team member, posting third and sixth-place finishes at the two state championships… a two-time Mountain 7 All-District Team selection… was named the Mountain 7 Player of the Year in 2020… during the 2019-20 season, he ranked 14th on the Hurricane Junior Golf Tour and qualified for the Sneds Tournament of Champions and the Tennessee State Amateur.

Personal: Caleb Austin Brummitt is the son of Jason and Rejeanne Brummitt… has a brother, Conner… his father, Jason, played baseball at Virginia Intermont and his uncle, Phillips King, wrestled at VMI… born Nov. 29… a management major.
