Appeared in a career-best 17 games off the bench, with 16 coming as a pinch hitter and one at catcher… Had five hits, three extra-base hits, two RBI, and drew two walks – all career-best marks… Her first-career hit and run came in a home run against Morehead State (Feb. 23) at the Furman Classic, making her the first Governor whose first hit came as a home run since Kacy Acree in 2016… Had a hit one game later against Middle Tennessee (Feb. 26)… Tallied her first-career double against UMass Lowell (March 7) at the Cathi Maynard Invitational… Had her first-career triple at Bellarmine (March 14).
2024 (Sophomore)
Appeared in a career-high eight games, primarily as a pinch hitter.
2023 (Freshman)
Made her collegiate debut and lone appearance of the season against Illinois Chicago (March 11).
Career Recap: David Crocket High School
Played catcher for coach Carla Weems at David Crockett High School… First softball player in school history to sign with a NCAA Division I softball program … .500 career batting average, with 22 career home runs… As senior, named team MVP, and Defensive Player of the Year, and All-District Tournament Team selection… As a junior, batted .486, with 10 home runs and 43 RBI earning District 1-AAA First Team All-Conference honors, along with being named Offensive Player of the Year… Selected to the Times News/Johnson City Press Sweet 16 Team… As a freshman, was selected as Rookie of the Year and an honorable mention all-conference pick… Also played volleyball.
