2022: A HERO Sports Sophomore All-America and All-ASUN selection… One of the Governors five season-long captains, he started all 11 games at receiver… Opened the season with seven catches for 90 yards and a pair of touchdowns, including a 44-yard score, at Western Kentucky (Aug. 27)… Also added a 17-yard rush and two kick returns for 32 yards at WKU… Had seven catches for 113 yards – his first of four 100-yard receiving performances – and one rush for eight yards against Presbyterian (Sept. 3)… Made 10 catches – his first-career double-digit receiving performance and the first of three in 2022 – for 158 yards and two touchdowns against Mississippi Valley State (Sept. 10)… Also returned a kick for 22 yards against MVSU… Posted six receptions for 59 yards and hauled in a game-sealing touchdown against Eastern Kentucky (Sept. 24)… Had five receptions for a season-best 166 yards – the 10th-best single-game total in program history – and two touchdowns – including a season-long 72-yard score – against Murray State (Oct. 15)… Caught six passes for 68 yards and a touchdown against Jacksonville State (Oct. 29)… Also had a career-high four rushes and matched his career high with 17 rushing yards against JSU…Had five catches for 106 yards and hauled in a 62-yard touchdown against North Alabama (Nov. 5)… Finished the season with double-digit receptions in back-to-back games, starting with 10 catches for 95 yards at Kennesaw State (Nov. 12)… Had a career-high 12 catches – tied for the second-best single-game mark in APSU history – for 92 yards in the season finale at Alabama (Nov. 19)… Led the ASUN and ranked 16th in the FCS with 1,021 receiving yards – the fourth 1,000-yard receiving season in APSU history… His nine receiving touchdowns led the ASUN, ranked 23rd in the FCS, and were tied for the sixth-best season in APSU history… His 76 receptions were 14 more than any other wide receiver in the ASUN, they also ranked 14th in the FCS and were the third-best single-season mark in program history… Averaged 6.91 receptions per game, which led the ASUN, ranked 10th in the FCS, and was the second-best mark in APSU history… Led the ASUN, ranked 11th in the FCS, and posted the sixth-best season in program history with 92.8 receiving yards per game… Led the Govs and ranked fifth in the ASUN with 1,129 all-purpose yards… Closed his Austin Peay career after just two seasons ranking seventh in receiving yards (1,888), 10th in receptions (129), tied for fifth in touchdowns (17), first in receiving yards per game (85.8), and first in receptions per game (5.86).

2021: A HERO Sports Freshman All-America and First Team All-OVC recipient during his debut season, he led the Governors with 53 receptions, 867 receiving yards, 1,030 all-purpose yards, and eight receiving touchdowns in 11 games… Caught five passes for 87 yards and a touchdown in his collegiate debut against Chattanooga (Sept. 2)… Hauled in six catches for 87 yards at Ole Miss (Sept. 11) before grabbing five more passes for 86 yards in the season opener against Morehead State (Sept. 18)… Had a season-high eight catches for 59 yards at Eastern Kentucky (Sept. 25)… Scored season’s second touchdown during a four-catch, 23-yard day at Murray State (Oct. 23)… Had first 100-yard receiving day and first multi-touchdown performance against Eastern Illinois (Nov. 6) with six catches for 137 yards and a pair of scores… Had one of the greatest games in program history in the season finale against Tennessee Tech (Nov. 20), finishing with seven catches for 237 yards, four receiving touchdowns, 61 kick-return yards, and a rushing yard en route to 299 all-purpose yards – the most by an OVC player and the sixth-most nationally that season… His 299 all-purpose yards also were the sixth-best single-game mark in Austin Peay history... His 237 receiving yards against the Golden Eagles were the second-best single-game total in program history and were the second-most in the OVC, the third-most nationally, and most by a freshman during the 2021 season, while his four receiving touchdowns matched the program’s single-game touchdown mark.

High School: An all-purpose back for Steve Price at North Florida Christian School… Rushed for 794 yards and 12 touchdowns on 69 carries in 2020, with another 329 yards and five touchdowns courtesy of 20 receptions… Also had 298 yards in kickoff returns and two kick returns for touchdowns… Finished prep career with 4,358 all-purpose yards: 1,274 rushing, 1,745 receiving, 1,076 kick return yards, 101 punt return yards, and 162 interception return yards while being credited with 46 career touchdowns in 41 career games… Posted 400-plus receiving yards each of his four seasons at North Florida Christian School… A Tallahassee Democrat Second Team All-Big Bend selection… Ranked a 3-star recruit by 247Sports.com and was the second-highest rated recruit in APSU history as provided by 247Sports.com… Also competed in track and field and basketball at North Florida Christian… Ran both the 100 and 200-meter dash, the 110-meter hurdles, and was a member of the 4x100 and 4x400-meter relay teams… Qualified for the 2019 FHSAA State Track & Field Championships in the 110-meter hurdles… Averaged 10.3 points, 5.1 rebounds, 4.3 assists, and 3.4 steals per game for the NFCS basketball team as a senior.

Personal: Deandrae Reshard McCray is the son of Gabrielle Brown and Reshard McCray… Birthday is Sept. 4… Has three siblings: Thomas, Trinity, and Raivyn… An information assurance and security major.
