High School: An all-purpose back for head coach Wade Comer at McKenzie High School…Helped lead McKenzie High School to back-to-back Class A championship game appearances, winning the program’s first title in 2022… Ran for 163 yards and a touchdown on 15 carries during the state championship game… Named to Tennessee Sports Writers Association’s First Team Class A All-State Team… Named to 2022 TACA East-West All-Star Classic Team… Finished junior season with 1,676 yards and 33 touchdowns on 193 carries, added 411 yards and six touchdowns on 24 receptions, and also had a touchdown on defense… Ran for 85 yards and a touchdown in 2021 TSSAA Class A championship game… One of five finalists for 2021 Tennessee Titans Mr. Football Award in Division I Class 5A… Rated a three-star athlete by 247Sports.com and Rivals… Also competed in basketball and track and field… Holds McKenzie High School records in the 200-meter dash (22.96), 400-meter dash (52.05) both set during his sophomore season in 2021.
