2007 Outdoor: Recorded five top-5 finishes in the outdoor season... placed second in the 3,000-meter run at the Battle of the Lakes with a time of 12:32.51, behind teammate Melissa Nobbs... finished third in the 5,000-meter run at the Governors Invitational... set a personal-best in the 5,000-meter run at the Vanderbilt Invitational, good enough for 16th (17:56.85)... recorded a fourth-place finish at the Sea Ray Relays with a season-best 37:43.16 in the 10,000-meter run... closed out the season running a 39:29.95 10,000-meters for a fifth-place O'Reilly OVC Championship finish.
2007 Indoor: Competed twice in the indoor season in the 3,000-meter run and the 5,000-meter run... placed 10th in the 3,000-meter run at the McDonald's Invitational with a time of 11:09.03... finished fourth at the DePauw Invitational with a season-best time of 18:58.22.
2006 Cross Country: As the Lady Govs top runner in 2006, Raines posted a .526 winning percentage... she ran a low 5K of 16:18.27 and a low 8K of 18:54.22, the fastest on the team... Raines was the Lady Govs top finisher in every race except the Belmont Opener where she was second... recorded a top-10 finish at the Screaming Eagle Memorial (20:45) and finished 11th at the O’Reilly/OVC Championships (19:17)... was named second-team All-OVC at the championships, becoming the first Austin Peay cross country member to receive all-conference recognition since 2001.
2006 Outdoor: Finished fourth in the 5000-meter run (18:56.10) at the Governor’s Invitational...had best time of the year in the 5000-meter run at the Vanderbilt Invitational (18:46.05), finishing 15th...had an eighth place finish in the 10,000-meter run (40:00.21) at the O’Reilly/OVC Championships.
2006 Indoor: Finished fourth in the 3000-meter run (11:46.87) at the Edward S. Temple Classic...finished fourth and had her best time of the year in the 3000-meter run at the DePauw Indoor Invitational (10:56.62).
2005 Cross Country: Ran in all seven meets for the Lady Govs, posting a low 5K of 19:42.30... finished 34th (20:48.82) at the Commodore Classic and 43rd (20:10) for her only regular-season top-50 5K finishes... finished 39th (19:42.30) and posted her season-best time at the O’Reilly/OVC Championships.
