2022-23: Competed in 11 meets between the indoor and outdoor seasons for the Governors... Competed in seven different events throughout the season... During the indoor season she set personal bests in two events, at the Commodore Challenge (Jan.13-14) with 2:55.61 in the 1,000M, and with 2:10.9 in the 800M at the ASUN Championships (Feb. 24-25)… During the outdoor season, Haynes set personal bests in the 400M with 57.21 and 200M with 25.88 at the Murray State Invitational (Apr. 14) … she also set a personal best in the 1500M at the Music City Challenge (Apr. 28-29) with 4:46.9.

2021-22: Competed in seven events during the indoor season and six during the outdoor campaign … registered 19 top-ten finishes …  helped the Govs claim the OVC Outdoor & Indoor Championship in the 4x400-meter relay … a part of the Govs 4x400-meter indoor relay team that broke the school record with a time of 3:44.98 at the OVC Championships … a part of the Govs Distance Medley Relay team that ran the fastest time in school history at the OVC Championships with a time of 12:14.16 … began the indoor campaign, running a career-best time of 3:05.73 in the 1000-meter run … claimed a career-best time of 1:36.12 in the 600-meter dash at the Rod McCravy Memorial … earned first career victory for the Govs in the 4x400-meter relay at the Don DeNoon Invite … at the Don DeNoon Invite, notched a career-best time of 26.82 in the 200-meter dash … kicking off the outdoor season, earned a career-best time of 59.25 in the 400-meter dash … registered a career-best time of 2:13.21 in the 800-meter dash in the prelims at the OVC Outdoor Championships … finished seventh at the OVC Outdoor Championships in the 800-meter dash with a time of 2:15.61.

High School: Rare runner capable of standing out in the middle distances and can stretch her talents into longer runs, ably performing from the 400-meter all the way to the 5000-meter events… prep career saw her earn back-to-back runner-up finishes in the Georgia Region 4-5 AAAAA Cross Country Championships, back-to-back third-place finishes in the 800-meter run at the state track and field championships and a runner-up honor in 2018, sectional and regional 800-meter titles in 2019 and 2018, and a regional 1600-meter runner-up finish in 2018 as well.
