2019-20 Track and Field: Only made one 800m run appearance, which she did not finish, at the Thundering Herd Invitational… missed remainder of season due to injury.

2019 Cross Country: Competed once, running a 20:51.9 at the APSU Cross Country Festival.

2018-19 Track and Field: A fixture in the middle distances for the foreseeable future… opened her track career by placing seventh in the 800m at the Ed Temple Classic… helped the Govs pick up top-five finishes in the 4x400m relays at the Ed Temple Classic, Vulcan Invitational and Fred Wilt Open… helped the distance medley relay team pick up a point with an eighth-place showing at the Ohio Valley Conference Indoor Championships… pair of top-eight 4x400m relay showings to open outdoor at the Coastal Carolina Invitational and the Vanderbilt Black and Gold… personal-best 2:16.12 in the 800m at Vanderbilt… three straight top-eight finishes in the 800m at the Hilltopper Relays (fourth), APSU Invitational (fourth) and Memphis Tiger Invitational (sixth) to close the regular season; also on top-five 4x400m teams in Bowling Green and at the home meet.

Prior to Austin Peay: Ran distance for Centennial High school... Personal bests in the 800m (2:21) and 400m (1:01)... Qualified for state all four years of track.

Personal: Daughter of Kasi Morstad... Has two siblings, Makenzie and Avery...Father played collegiate baseball... Born July 24... Majoring in public health.
