2015-16: Hurdles extraordinaire remained an integral part of the Austin Peay attack… only finished outside the top-five twice in eight indoor hurdle attempts… runner-up in the 60m hurdles in the ETSU Invitational (8.64)… placed third in the 60m hurdles at the Thundering Herd Invitational (8.63)… picked up a win in the 55m hurdles at the MT Invitational… finished fourth with a personal-best 8.03 at the OVC Indoor Championships… earned a pair of top-five finishes in the 100m hurdles during outdoor season, beginning with a fourth-place, 14.09 mark at the Missouri State Invitational… placed fifth in the 100m hurdles at the OVC Outdoor Championships, hitting 13.96 in the event.

2014-15: Austin Peay’s premiere short hurdler saw continued ascent to her career trajectory as a sophomore… became the school record-holder in the outdoor 100m hurdles… made her season’s first final at the Thundering Herd Invite, finishing third with an 8.76 mark in the 60m hurdles… recorded her personal-best in the indoor 60m hurdles at the OVC Championships, placing fifth with an 8.62 mark… opened her outdoor season with a third-place, 14.39 mark in the 100m hurdles at the Georgia Relays… won the same event at the APSU Invitational (14.30)… broke the school record in the 100m hurdles during the preliminary rounds of the OVC Outdoor Championships, qualifying third—she would take the bronze in the final with a 13.79 run.

2013-14: First-year hurdler made great strides… showed flashes of brilliance during indoor season, earning runner-up honors at the SIU Open (8.94) in the 60m hurdles before returning with a third-place finish at the SIU Invitational (personal-best 8.81)… moved to the 100m hurdles during outdoor, placing third at the Ole Miss Open (14.39) and beginning a four-week run where she never finished lower than third: Vanderbilt Black and Gold (14.25, first), Margaret Simmons Invitational (14.35, second) and Hilltopper Relays (14.17, third)… personal-best 13.99 run was enough to snag a bronze medal at the 2014 OVC Outdoor Championships.

Prep: Competed in the hurdles at Ridgeway High School… placed fourth in the 100m hurdles at the 2013 TSSAA Class AAA state championships with a personal-best 14.50 mark... won the Section 4 sub-state 100m event with a 14.77 mark.

Personal: Daughter of Michael and Annie Johnston… has one sister, Mikayla… born Nov. 20… plans to major in health and human performance.
