2019-20: Even in a shortened season, made sure her presence was felt… back-to-back runner-up finishes in the 400m dash at the Saluki Fast Start (57.82) and Ed Temple Classic (56.48) to start the season… won the 400m at the Samford Indoor Clash with a 56.14 mark, which led to an OVC Track Athlete of the Week honor… helped the 4x400m relay quartet to four victories… at the 2020 Ohio Valley Conference Indoor Championships, she picked up a win in the 400m dash (55.22, fourth-fastest in program history), points with a seventh-place showing in the 200m event (25.31) and ran a leg of the 4x400m relay that won both the event and the 2020 title for the Govs.
2018-19: Already zooming up the ranks of Austin Peay greats, and she’s got plenty of time left in her career… won the 400m (57.19) and took runner-up in the 200m (25.36) at the Saluki Fast Start, which helped earn her Ohio Valley Conference Track Athlete of the Week honors… second in the 400m at the Ed Temple Classic (55.41), followed by a third-place showing two weeks later at Vanderbilt (55.54)—both marks rank among the all-time top-10 indoor runs in Austin Peay history… helped the 4x400m unit to back-to-back runner-up showings at the Ed Temple Classic and Vulcan Invitational… her 200m mark at Vanderbilt (24.51) is the fifth-fastest in school history… picked up another 400m win at the Thundering Herd Invitational (55.78)… the 3:49.14 4x400m relay at the Bulldog Open is the seventh-fastest in program history; she took third as an individual in the 200m with a 24.43 run, which is fourth all-time… re-wrote the record books at the 2019 OVC Indoor Championships—in addition to medaling in the 200m (bronze), 400m (silver) and 4x400m relay (bronze), posted the third-best indoor 200m time in program history (24.39) and fifth-best indoor 400m run (55.28)… opened outdoor session with a 57.12 400m run to take third at the Coastal Carolina Invitational; also helped the Govs to a 4x400m relay win… runner-up in the 400m (55.21) and 4x400m (3:50.47) at the Vanderbilt Black and Gold… won the 400m at the APSU Invitational (56.04) and took third in the 200m (24.56)… Atlanta native returned home with a fifth-place 200m showing and runner-up in the 400m at the Georgia Tech Invitational… in the preliminary rounds at the 2019 OVC Outdoor Championships, set personal-bests in both the 200m (24.06, fourth-best all-time) and 400m (54.38) dashes to easily qualify for the finals… ultimately won gold in the 400m (55.24) and silver in the 200m (24.55)… closed season with four straight wins in the 4x400m relay, including a gold at the 2019 OVC Outdoor Championships.
2017-18: Outstanding midyear addition will play a huge role over the next few years… only able to compete in four meets during indoor season, but still posted a team-best 57.58 400m mark at the Don DeNoon Invitational, finishing third, and earned points with a seventh-place, 58.01 showing at the 2018 Ohio Valley Conference Indoor Championships… the 4x400m indoor relay team posted its top four times of the season after adding Richman, including a season-low 3:55.03 at the OVC Indoor Championships, good for fifth overall… won the 400m at the Coastal Carolina Invitational with a 56.37 and also tacked on a third-place, 25.50 showing in the 200m… sixth in the 400m at the Vanderbilt Black and Gold (56.82) and runner-up in her first APSU Invitational (57.08)… took bronze at the 2018 OVC Outdoor Championships with a personal-best 54.79 and also added points in the 200m dash with a fifth-place, 24.99 showing following a personal-best 24.57 during qualifying… helped the Govs to four top-five finishes during the outdoor 4x400m season, including a win at the APSU Invitational, a season-best 3:45.39 to earn second at the Memphis Tiger Invitational and a bronze-medal winning run at the 2018 OVC Outdoor Championships.
Prior to Austin Peay: Prepped at South Atlanta High School, posting a career-best 56.54 in the 400m dash… spent Fall 2017 at Georgia Southern before transferring to Austin Peay.
Personal: Majoring in exercise science.
