Career Recap: Austin Peay

As a Junior in 2024-25

• Picked up six singles victories, including an 7-6 (8-6), 7-5 ASUN win over Eastern Kentucky’s Kartik Parhar, March 28. 
• Played primarily the No. 4 position, picking up two wins.
• Went 11-13 in doubles play, going 7-12 with partner Sota Minami, including a 6-3 win over Queens’ Win Steveker and Jan Montero Diaz, March 29. 
• Picked up four doubles wins from the first court.

As a sophomore in 2023-24

• Had a 7-21 overall singles record, going 4-14 in the spring and 3-7 in the fall.
• Went 4-12 on the third court.
• Had a 9-13 doubles record playing with Aeneas Schaub, going 7-8 on the No. 1 court.

As a freshman in 2022-23:

Spring Season

• Picked up two singles and three doubles victories during his first spring as a Gov.
• Earned his first-career singles victory in a 6-1, 6-0 win against Oakland City’s Jose Perez, Jan. 29.
• Defeated Lipscomb’s Jake Penny in three sets to earn his first ASUN win, March 5.
• After dropping his first doubles match, won three of his next four contests from Jan. 28- March 25, including a 6-1 alongside Sota Minami against Saint Louis, Feb. 3, from the No. 1 position.
