2024: A First Team All-UAC selection… Started all 12 games for the Governors at safety… Had at least five tackles each game… Recorded six tackles in the season opener at Louisville (Aug. 31)… Had a season-high 13 tackles and a pass breakup against Southern Illinois (Sept. 7)… Tallied his second of three double-digit tackle performances with 11 stops at Central Arkansas (Sept. 14)… Recorded five tackles in three-straight games, with a pass breakup against both Alabama A&M (Sept. 21) and Southern Utah (Sept. 28)… Had six tackles and a breakup at Utah Tech (Oct. 19)… Matched his season’s best performance with 13 tackles, in addition to an interception and quarterback hurry against Tarleton State (Oct. 26)… Recovered a fumble during an eight-tackle performance against Abilene Christian (Nov. 9)… Had nine tackles and a pass breakup against Chattanooga (Nov. 23)… Finished second on the team with 96 tackles and five pass breakups, while also finishing the 2024 season with a fumble recovery, an interception, a quarterback hurry… Ranked 52nd in the FCS and eighth in the UAC in total tackles, while his 8.0 tackles per game were 49th in the FCS and fifth in the UAC… Led Austin Peay and ranked sixth in the UAC with 51 solo tackles.
2023: Played in 10 games and made one start at safety… Had a tackle in the season opener at Southern Illinois (Sept. 2)… Made his first collegiate start at Tennessee (Sept. 2) and recorded three tackles – all solo stops… Posted a career-best five tackles against ETSU (Sept. 16)… Recorded two tackles and an interception against Gardner-Webb (Oct. 14)… Added two tackles against Utah Tech (Nov. 11)… Finished the season with 17 tackles and an interception… Was tied for third on the team with three total special teams tackles and was tied for second with two tackles on kickoff coverage.
2022: Played in 10 games… Debuted in the season opener against Western Kentucky (Aug. 27)… Made his first two collegiate tackles against Presbyterian (Sept. 3)… Added another tackle against Mississippi Valley State (Sept. 10)… Recorded a season-best three tackles – with two solo stops – against Murray State (Oct. 15)… Blocked a punt against North Alabama (Nov. 5) and earned ASUN Special Teams Player of the Week honors... Finished the season with six tackles… Made three tackles on special teams, which was tied for the third on the team.
High School: Finished career as a defensive back for head coach Trent Dilfer at Lipscomb Academy, which won the 2021 TSSAA Division II-AA State Championship… Finished senior season with two interceptions and a forced fumble, earning all-region honors… Recorded six tackles, a half tackle for loss, and a pass breakup in the 2021 state championship victory against Christ Presbyterian Academy… Nabbed six interceptions during his junior season with a forced fumble and 44 tackles, earning Tennessee Sports Writers Association’ Division II-AA All-State recognition… Had a three-interception day in 2020 contest against Battle Ground Academy, while also recording an 85-yard kickoff return for a touchdown… In addition, was a running back as a sophomore, rushing for 1,263 yards and 20 touchdowns in 2019 en route to earning a Division II-AA Tennessee High School Football Coaches Association First Team All-State selection… Also played basketball for the Mustangs and was a two-time Division II-AA Middle All-Region honorable mention pick.
