Biography
2014 Cross Country: Placed in the top 20 at the APSU Invitational (12th, 20:54.0)… earned a top-30 at the JSU Foothills Invitational (23rd, 20:19.07)… claimed 61st place at the OVC Championships with a time of 19:46.55
2013-14 Track and Field: Shined during outdoor season… dynamic hurdler earned six top-five finishes in the 400m during outdoor campaign, including top-three during the season’s first three meets – Ole Miss Open (third), Vanderbilt B&G (third) and Margaret Simmons Invite (first)… also won the Battle of the Cumberland with a 1:03.76 run… after qualifying first in the 400m hurdles at the OVC Outdoor Championships, finished just off the podium with fourth-place, 1:02.42 mark.
2012-13 Track: Joined the squad as a mid-year transfer from Iowa Western CC and had an immediate impact… Lady Govs top 400m hurdles performer… part of 4x400m relay team that placed fourth at the OVC Outdoor Championships (3:52.11)… runner-up in the 400m dash in her first meet as a Lady Gov at the Indiana Relays with a 1:02.04 mark… personal indoor best 1:00.52 in the 400m at the Buckeye Tune-Up… won the 400m hurdles at the APSU Invitational with a 1:02.84… lowered that the following week with a 1:02.63 at the Hilltoppers Relay, where she finished third… personal-best 1:00.96 in the preliminaries at the OVC Outdoor Championships qualified her first for the final; she finished as the runner-up with a 1:01.37 mark.
Prior to Austin Peay: Competed for Emmett Statzer at Iowa Western CC, where she was part of a relay team that finished eighth (indoor) and fifth (outdoor) in the 4x400m relay at the Junior College National Championships... also placed fifth in the 400m hurdles at the outdoor national championships and left Iowa Western as the school-record holder in the 400m hurdles... 12-time competitor in the state championships for Ron Frascht at Lewis Central, where she was runner-up in the 400m hurdles in addition to posting a 3.8 GPA.
