As a senior in 2023-24: One of five Governors to play in the lineup in all 11 tournaments… ranked second on the team with a 75.58 scoring average , two rounds in the 60s, and seven rounds at even or under par… also ranked third on the team with 26 counting scores in 31 rounds played… helped the Govs to the first of three-straight team victories when she shot 227 (73-77-77) and finished tied for 13th at UAB’s Hoover Invitational… earned her first collegiate victory when she tied with teammate Erica Scutt for individual medalist honors at the APSU Intercollegiate with a tournament-record score of five-under 211 (68-69-74)… posted the best round of her career and the sixth-best round in APSU history when she shot four-under 68 in the opening round of the APSU Intercollegiate… also recorded the second-best 36-hole score (137) and fifth-best 54-hole score (211) in program history at the APSU Intercollegiate… tallied a second-straight top-10 finish when she shot 226 (78-73-75) and finished tied for seventh at the Saluki Invitational… shot 226 (78-75-73) and finished tied for 32nd at Arkansas State’s Lady Red Wolves Classic… added another top-15 finish when she shot 148 (72-76) and finished tied for 15th at UAB’s Bama Beach Bash… was one of three Govs to post a team-leading score of 147 (74-73) and finish tied for 21st at Golfweek’s Any Given Tuesday Intercollegiate… carded a 219 (75-72-72) and was one of three Govs to record a team-best 14th-place finish at the ASUN Women’s Golf Championship… led Austin Peay in her final collegiate event, shooting 227 (72-76-79) to finish tied for 27th at the National Golf Invitational presented by Golfweek at Ak-Chin Southern Dunes Golf Club.
As a junior in 2022-23: Played in nine tournaments for the Governors with 13 of the 14 rounds she played while in the lineup counting toward the team score… ranked fourth on the team with a 76.46 scoring average and three rounds at even or under par… shot a 242 (83-81-78) and finished tied for 26th place while playing as an individual at the F&M Bank APSU Intercollegiate… played as an individual at the Lady Red Wolves Classic where she shot a 218 (71-70-77) and finished tied for 18th – the second-best finish by a Gov at the event… her 36-hole score of 141 at the Lady Red Wolves Classis is the 10th-best mark in program history… made her first appearance of the season in the Govs’ lineup at the Charles Braun Intercollegiate, shooting a 153 (80-73) and finishing tied for 5th place… had her season’s best finish at the Huntsville.org Intercollegiate, shooting a 219 (74-75-70) and finishing tied for fourth – and tied for the best finish by a Gov – while playing as an individual… her final-round 70 at the Huntsville.org Intercollegiate matched her season-low round… helped the Governors win the Bobby Nichols Intercollegiate with a score of 229 (75-73-81) and a 12th-place finish… closed the regular season with her third top-10 of the season when she shot a 220 (74-73-73) and finished 10th at the Colonel Classic… paced the Governors at the ASUN Women’s Golf Championship, shooting a 231 (81-75-75) and finished tied for 23rd place.
As a sophomore in 2021-22: Played in six tournaments and posted a 76.80 scoring average, which ranked third on the team and eighth in the OVC… was in the lineup for the Governors five times and had 11 of her 15 rounds count towards the team score… finished third on the team and tied for 15th overall after shooting a 230 (80-73-74) at the F&M Bank APSU Intercollegiate… helped the Govs win the Butler Fall Invitational with a score of 229 (74-77-78), finishing fifth on the team and tied for 35th overall… put together her best three-round score of the year at the Lady Red Wolves Invitational when she posted a 226 (73-77-76) and finished tied for 39th overall… played as an individual at Tennessee State’s Town & Country Invitational where she shot a 149 (75-74) and finished tied for seventh… made her spring debut at the Diane Daugherty Invite, where she posted a first-round 80 before withdrawing from the tournament… did not make another appearance for the Govs in the spring of 2022.
As a freshman in 2020-21: Standout first-year player came in and made an immediate impact… opened career with a 76 at the Kiawah Island Classic… picked up Austin Peay’s lone win in match play against Western Kentucky… led Austin Peay with an 18th-place finish at the Jan Weaver Invitational as the lone Gov to post three rounds in the 70s (74-79-76—229)… opening-round 74 was a season-best and her 37 pars were the most by a Gov and third-most in the tournament… put together a solid 236 (78-76-82) in her first Ohio Valley Conference Women’s Golf Championship, placing 28th overall.
Prior to Austin Peay: Instrumental part of a Roswell High School program that won a Division 3-AAAAAAA title, tying for runner-up honors and propelling the Hornets toward the state tournament for the third time in her tenure... team placed third in 2017 and fifth in 2018 at the state level, with Foshaug placing 11th and 13th as an individual; in her junior campaign, she shot 76-79 to place sixth overall at the state level... on the junior tournament circuit was the Georgia PGA Junior Player of the Year in 2016 and 2017, winning several tournaments, including the UGA Junior Classic and Rome Junior Classic twice. Earlier this year, she was runner-up at the Georgia PGA Junior Championship, shooting a 227 (74-76-77).
Personal: Kady Lynn Foshaug is the daughter of Jason and Dacey Foshaug... has a brother, Brandon... born May 15… graduated from Austin Peay in May 2023 with a bachelor’s in marketing… pursuing a master’s in communication arts.
