TENNIS -
2007 Singles: Finished 7-11 overall with a 3-6 OVC mark... played nine matches (3-6) at No. 5 singles, eight matches (3-5) at No. 4 singles and one match (1-0) at No. 3 singles... claimed league wins against Tennessee Tech and Eastern Illinois at No. 4 singles and won at No. 3 singles at Tennessee State. Doubles: Finished with a 4-14 overall record and a 2-7 OVC record... started season at No. 3 doubles and finished in the No. 2 spot... won league matches at Morehead State and Tennessee State.

SOCCER-
2006: One of only three Lady Govs to play in all 19 games, while starting 12 games... had an assist and five shots on goal for the season... season’s only assist came on Ashley Beck’s goal in the fourth minute against Chattanooga... Penner also played tennis for the Lady Govs at No. 6 singles.

TENNIS-
2006 Singles: Penner joined the Lady Govs as a walk-on and played No. 6 singles... posted a 6-11 mark, including a 4-6 OVC record... won 6 of her last 10 matches, with wins against Eastern Kentucky, Eastern Illinois and Tennessee Tech. Doubles: Played with Alana Carere at No. 3 doubles... posted an 8-5 overall mark, going 4-4 in OVC play... won seven of 12 matches at No. 3 and went 1-0 at No. 2 doubles.

SOCCER-
2005: As a sophomore, she played in 16 games starting nine... she scored three goals for the season... Oct. 14 vs. Morehead State, she scored a goal off a rebound from a corner kick... Oct. 18 vs. Delta State, Penner assisted goals by Lindsey McLaurin and Claire Bennett... Penner was named to the ESPN The Magazine Academic All-District third team... Penner also played tennis for the Lady Govs.

2004: Penner played in 17 contest for the Lady Govs, starting three as freshman... Sept. 21 vs. Lambuth, Penner had two shots and one on goal... Oct. 28 vs. Trevecca, Penner placed three shots on goal and picked up her first career goal... she finished the season with one goal, six shots on goal and a .857 shots-on-goal percentage.

High School: One of five signees from the Murfreesboro area... named to the Tennessee Academic Coaches Association All-State team as well as District 7AAA co-MVP, all-area first team, all-midstate third team and a Rutherford County first-team selection.

Personal: The daughter of James and Jackie Penner... born March 6, 1986... biology and physical therapy major.
