Ashlyn Wood joined Justin Faris’ staff as its director of on-campus recruiting in Aug. 2025.

Prior to arriving in Clarksville, Wood served as a recruiting assistant at Duke, June-July 2025, assisting with visits, leading tours, helping with photoshoots, and more.

Before her time in Durham, North Carolina, Wood was an athletic recruiter at Auburn, 2023-25, serving as a frontline ambassador where she helped coordinate and host prospective athletes and their families on game days. During her time at Auburn, Wood also was a creative assistant for the Auburn Lowder Center, designing branded content, digital assets, and strategic campaigns for student-led entrepreneurial startups.

Wood graduated from Auburn in Aug. 2025 with a bachelor’s degree in business administration.
