Dianne Radic joined Jeff Faris’ staff as its director of football operations and player engagement in July 2025.

Prior to arriving in Clarksville, Radic served as a recruiting analyst and the director of player engagement at Tennessee Tech during the 2024-25 academic year.  Her duties with the Golden Eagles included coordinating recruiting visits, assisting with team-specific gameday operations, helping with community outreach and volunteer opportunities, and working with TTU’s sports information, creative, and marketing departments. 

Before arriving in the Volunteer State, Radic was a recruiting volunteer at Florida, 2023-24, after serving as an on-air personality and content creator at ESPN Gainesville, 2022-24. While with ESPN Gainesville, she created and hosted “Sports Lab,” which was the first entirely student-run radio show on WRUF ESPN 98.1. Radic also served as a sports anchor and local news reporter for WUFT News in North Florida.

Radic earned a bachelor’s degree from Florida in May 2024.
