Don Reeves joined the Governors coaching staff in 2026 as a quality control analyst. He last served as the defensive line coach and recruiting coordinator at Francis Howell (Mo.) High School, assisting with all aspects of the recruiting process and mentoring student-athletes in leadership, discipline, teamwork and accountability. He previously worked at Fort Zumwalt West High School in a similar capacity, in addition to serving as the sprints coach for track and field. Reeves played collegiately at St. Ambrose University and Westminster College before earning his bachelor's (2023) and MBA (2025) from Trident University International.
