Nevin De Graaf joined Jeff Faris’ staff as a defensive quality control coach in July 2025.

De Graaf comes to Clarksville from Roosevelt University, where he was a graduate assistant and tight ends coach during the spring 2025 semester. He also worked various roles at ETSU in 2024, serving as a strength and conditioning intern and volunteering for the Buccaneers’ football video and operations staff. 

De Graaf also spent two years coaching at Science Hill High School as an assistant defensive backs coach and the junior varsity defensive coordinator.

De Graaf graduated from ETSU with a bachelor’s in sport management in 2024.
