Quinton Lee joined Jeff Faris’ staff as a defensive quality control coach in Jan. 2024.

Prior to arriving in Clarksville, Lee served as the inside linebackers coach at Presbyterian for the 2023 season.

Lee was one of 16 members of the NFL’s Big Data Bowl Mentorship Program from Sept. 2022 to April 2023, which utilized player-tracking data for offensive and defensive line coaches across the league. While in the mentorship program, Lee crafted visual breakdowns emphasizing football tracking and performance data through advanced statistical techniques, working extensively with the Super Bowl LVII runner-up Philadelphia Eagles to complete a Big Data Bowl submission.

Before his work in the NFL, Lee spent the 2023 season at William & Mary, where he was an offensive analyst and assistant running backs coach. Lee began his coaching career at Division III Christopher Newport, where he was a strength and conditioning intern and served on the Captains’ football operations staff.

Lee was a three-year letterwinner at Hampton before spending his senior season as a student assistant for the Pirates.

Lee graduated from Hampton with a bachelor’s degree in kinesiology in 2019.
