Sebastian Ainspan joined Jeff Faris’ staff as a football operations assistant in July 2025.

Prior to joining the Governors, Ainspan was the founder and chief operating officer of Boaturu Inc. He also was a manager and youth class coach at the Dominion Valley Country Club Fitness Center in Haymarket, Virginia, supervising staff, scheduling, and optimizing gym operations. 

He began his career in college athletics at Tulane, where he was a team manager and bullpen catcher for the Green Wave’s baseball team.

Ainspan graduated from Tulane with a bachelor’s degree in management in 2022.
