CLARKSVILLE, Tenn.– Junior Terry Taylor, of the Austin Peay men's basketball team, has been named the Copies in a Flash APSU Athlete of the Week.

A native of Bowling Green, Kentucky, Taylor has had another impressive week, averaging 29 points and 7.5 rebounds over two games. Taylor started his week off by scoring 19 points against Big 12 foe West Virginia. He then continued against McKendree in the Dunn Center, Tuesday, with 39 points. With that, Taylor is now averaging 23.8 points and 8.8 rebounds per game this season.

The Copies in a Flash APSU Athlete of the Week is selected by the APSU Athletic Communications staff each Wednesday during the academic year. Copies in a Flash, of Clarksville, sponsors the award.

Other notable performances by Austin Peay athletes included:

• Kelen Kenol, of the Austin Peay women's basketball team, made her first start of the season, Saturday, at Alabama A&M. The Woodbury, Minnesota, native promptly dropped a career-high 15 points. Kenol would then add three rebounds, two steals, and a blocked shot in the winning effort over the Bulldogs.
• DeAngelo Wilson, of Austin Peay football team, had another 100-yard performance in the Govs FCS Playoff Quarterfinal game. Wilson hauled in six catches for 118 yards against Montana State. Wilson would also catch a 76-yard touchdown in the fourth quarter for the Governors only touchdown of the day.
• Antwuan Butler, of Austin Peay men’s basketball team, averaged 10 points and 5.5 assists over two games last week. The sophomore from Philadelphia started his week with 14 points against West Virginia. In the second game of the week, Butler matched his career-high, and the Govs season-high, with nine assists against McKendree.
