Peters Wins Individual Competition; Lady Govs Shooters Finish Third in Rifle Opener

CLARKSVILLE, Tenn.--Austin Peay State University junior shooter Kelly Peters recorded the
competition's best score this weekend at the Austin Peay Invitational.
The Lady Govs rifle team with a 1450, however, finished third overall behind Tennessee-Martin
(1481) and Morehead State.
Peters shot an impressive 382. Senior Kelly Priebel shot a 367 as APSU's next best shooter while
Jana and Jennifer Sullivan came in at 355 and 346, respectively.
