Austin Peay State University women's tennis team ventured out of conference play and lost 7-0 at Memphis, Saturday. The Lady Govs remain winless, falling to 0-8 overall.
Memphis swept the doubles point as Mariana Pagan and Morgan Klieber lost, 8-3, at No. 1 while Michelle Liew and Alexandria Pyle followed suit at No. 2 doubles.
The Tigers maintained that momentum in the singles competition. In fact, the Lady Govs did not win more than two games in a set. Pagan lost her ffith straight match at No. 1 singles, while Gonzalez continued to struggle at No. 4 singles where she is without a win in the Spring.
