CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. – Austin Peay State University men's basketball game scheduled for 6 p.m. (CT), Tuesday, against Eastern Kentucky has been postponed because of snow and icy weather conditions blasting both Tennessee and Kentucky, Monday.

The contest has been rescheduled for 6 p.m., (CT), Monday, Feb. 23, in Richmond.

However, the Governors were scheduled to leave Monday for Richmond but Winter Storm Octavia, accompanied by below-freezing temperatures and winds, has left road conditions extremely hazardous.  Freezing rain began around 1 a.m. in Clarksville before a mix of freezing rain and snow began falling around 4 p.m.  Clarksville was expecting accumulation of 3-5 inches of snow while Richmond, also under a similar winter storm warning, was expecting similar accumulations.
