FROM THE TOP
- Austin Peay's 58 points were the most in an OVC road contest in program history, breaking the previous mark of 49 points scored at Murray State in 1966.
- It was the Govs second 50-point outing this season, it is the first time in program history the Govs have scored 50 or more points in two OVC games in the same season.
- The Governors offense amassed 614 yards, its sixth 600-yard performance in program history.

- Austin Peay won its third straight game against Tennessee Tech. It is the Govs longest win streak against the Golden Eagles since a five-game win streak from 1982-86.
- The Govs won their second straight game in Cookeville. It is APSU's first back-to-back wins at TTU since winning in 1995 and 2007 (the Govs 10-year break from the OVC separating those wins).
- Austin Peay now is 14-12 in Cookeville all time.
50-POINT GAMES
- Entering the 2019 season, Austin Peay had scored 50 or more points three times in OVC play. They have done so twice this season, Saturday's win joining the 52-point outburst against Jacksonville State (Sept. 28).
- It is the second time in program history the Govs have scored 50 or more points twice in a season. The Govs previously accomplished the feat in 1994 (Kentucky Wesleyan and Morehead State).
- It is the 16th time in program history Austin Peay has scored 50 or more points in a game.
OFFENSIVE SPARKS
- After failing to score on its opening drive, the Govs scored a touchdown on each of its next six drives. It is the first time this season Austin Peay has scored a TD on more than three consecutive drives.
- The Governors scored on nine consecutive drives (8 TDs and a field goal) for the first time in program history
- JaVaughn Craig threw a APSU record-tying five touchdown passes, the first Governors passer to do that since Jeremiah Oatsvall's five-TD outing against Tennessee Tech last season.
- Craig also ran for two touchdowns, his second multi-TD game on the ground this season (Jacksonville State).
- Kadeem Goulbourne and Geordon Pollard each caught their first touchdown pass of 2018.
- DeAngelo Wilson's 142 yards in the first half were the most by a receiver in a game this season. He finished the game with a career-high 161 receiving yards, the most by a Governor since DJ Montgomery's 165-yard outing at Eastern Illinois last season. It is the 10th best single-game receiving mark in program history.
- Austin Peay finished with a season-best 318 rushing yards

- The Governors held Tennessee Tech to 92 rushing yards, the fifth time this season they have held an opponent to fewer than 100 yards rushing.
- Jack McDonald's 11-tackle outing was his third in the Govs last four games. He has 39 tackles in those four games.
- Shaun Whittinghill led the Govs with 2.5 tackles for loss as part of his six-tackle outing.
- John Whiteside also had two tackles for loss in his four-tackle day.
- Austin Peay finished with nine tackles for loss, the fourth time this season it has posted at least nine tackles for loss in a game.
THIRD DOWN TAKEDOWNS
- Austin Peay held Tennessee Tech to 4-for-14 (28.6 percent) on third-down opportunities. It is the third time this season the Govs have held an opponent to 30 percent or worse on third down this season.
- Tennessee Tech did not convert a third-and-long (seven-plus yards) in the contest, going 0-for-9. Austin Peay has held opponents to 13-of-70 (18.6 percent) on third-and-long this season.
SPECIAL TEAMS SPRINTS
- Logan Birchfield connected on a 44-yard field goal just before halftime. It was his second make from beyond 40 yards this season, joining his career-best 49-yard field goal in the season opener against NC Central.
