JONESBORO, Ark. - Austin Peay State University women's golf team posted its best round of the season at Arkansas State's Lady Red Wolves Classic, shooting a two-over 290 in the final round to finish in 10th place with a score of 889, Tuesday, at Sage Meadows Country Club. 

The Governors moved up two spots on the leaderboard in their final round, finishing three strokes behind Troy and one stroke ahead of Alabama-Birmingham. 

Jillian Breedlove moved up 16 places after a final round even-par 72 put her in a tie for 37th place. The Junior finished the tournament with a 222 tournament total. Jordin Cowing also finished in a tie for 37th place after a final round two-over 74 gave her a 222 tournament total and moved her up three spots on the leaderboard. 

Abby Hirtzel's final round four-over 76 gave her a 224 tournament total, putting her in a tie for 51st place. 

Ella Arnzen and Abby Jimenez each shot even par to conclude the tournament. Arnzen had a 225 tournament total to finish in a tie for 56th place, as Jimenez finished in a tie for 68th place with a 228 total. 

Individual Makenna Cox had a final round three-over 75 to finish the tournament in a tie for 86th place with a 233 54-hole total.
