NASHVILLE, Tenn. – Austin Peay State University's men's tennis team fell to Belmont 7-0  in its spring season opener, Friday.   

Logan Tomovski took his match to a 10-point tiebreak with Morgan Woodson, winning the second set 6-4 and before falling 10-8 in the third. Zijia Liu fell to his opponent in two sets, and Lucas Ranciaro scored five points, but eventually lost in two sets. Felipe De La Hormaza, Vincent Lu, and Rohan Loubser also lost in two sets.   

The Governors fell to the Bruins in doubles, with Loubser and Tomovski putting up three  points, and Arnet and Lu claiming two.   

The governors fell 7-0. The Governors return to Nashville Jan. 31st to face Lipscomb.
