2008: Played in 15 games, starting eight, as a forward... proved to be explosive on the field with dangerous speed and the ability to score goals... led the team with four goals and one assist for nine points... placed six of 11 shots on goal... Aug. 31 vs. Lipscomb, scored her season’s first goal on an unassisted breakaway... scored next three goals in a four-game span... Sept. 16 at Arkansas-Pine Bluff, scored insurance goal in a 2-0 win, where she also assisted the game-winner...  Sept. 21 at Winthrop, scored an overtime-forcing goal... Sept. 26 vs. Jacksonville State, scored the game-winner, helping Austin Peay open league play with a 1-0 win... was named OVC’s Offensive Player of the Week for her efforts, Sept. 23...  Oct. 5 at Eastern Kentucky suffered a head injury and played sparingly throughout season’s remainder.

High School: Played four years at ClarksvilleHigh School... four-time All-District 5 selection... twice received her team’s “Hustle Award” and was named to two all-tournament teams... earned her team’s “Offensive Player of the Year” award in 2006 and 2007...was selected to The Leaf Chronicle’s All-Area Team... at the club level, Barger was an integral part of two state championship teams ? the 2006 Royals and the 2007 Impact ? at the Tennessee State Soccer Association DII level.
