Career Recap: Austin Peay
As a sophomore in 2013 – Appeared in 14 contests, starting twice behind the plate… Batted .333 for the campaign… Both starts came against Lipscomb, went 1-for-3 at the plate in Nashville, March 13, then had 2-for-3 outing that included a triple in April 2 affair in Clarksville… In between had pinch-hit single against Jacksonville State, March 23.

As a redshirt freshman in 2012 – Underwood appeared in three games and posted a .333 batting average… Pinch hit against Dayton, March 10… Made appearance against Alabama A&M, March 27, belting a two-run home run to right field… Pinch hit against Jacksonville State, April 28.

As a freshman redshirt in 2011 – Underwood did not play and received a redshirt.

Career Recap: Henderson HS
Under head coach Mike Hendrix, Underwood was named to Tennessean All-Midstate third team… Was All-Sumner County selection, All-District 9-AAA and All-District 9-AAA tournament team… Finished among state’s top 10 with six triples as a senior.

Britte Lewis Underwood is the son of Mark and Ginger Underwood… Born Dec. 19… Has a twin sister, Brooke… Majoring in health and human performance with an emphasis in health and a health science minor.
