Played and started 26 contests... averaged 7.8 points per game and 6.4 rebounds overall, but both numbers improved in conference play as she averaged 9.2 points and 7.3 rebounds per outing... had three double-doubles... named OVC Newcomer of the Week, Jan. 7... scored 10 points and grabbed a season-best 13 rebounds against Eastern Kentucky, Dec. 8... 15 points and season-high tying 13 rebounds against Jacksonville State... scored season-high 16 points and 12 rebounds against Tennessee State, Feb. 2... scored 11 points and grabbed 10 rebounds at eastern Kentucky, Feb. 28... all eight double-digit scoring efforts came against conference opposition... grabbed season-best seven offensive rebounds against Texas A&M Corpus Christi as part of a 10-rebound effort.

JUNIOR COLLEGE CAREER
At Chattanooga State Technical Community College under head coach Bart Walker, averaged 10.7 points and 7.2 rebounds in 22 games... missed most of her freshman campaign and the first part of her sophomore season due to a knee injury... rebounded to claim All-Tennessee Junior and Community College Athletic Association first-team honors in 2006-07 and was named to the league’s Eastern Division team... finished the regular season ranked 15th in rebounding and 22nd in scoring... in the TJCCAA tournament, she averaged 9.7 points and 9.7 rebounds as the Lady Tigers reached the championship game.

PREP CAREER
At Northeast High School, under head coach Rick Martin, Thomas left as the program’s all-time leading scorer, finishing her career with 1,246 points... led the Lady Eagles to consecutive District 10-AAA regular-season and tournament titles as a junior and senior while Northeast compiled 27-1 marks each season... named The Leaf-Chronicle All-Area Player of the Year in both her junior and senior seasons... as a senior, she averaged 15.3 points and 5.9 rebounds per game while making 58 percent of her field goal attempts.
