At Austin Peay: As a sophomore, Armstrong will be eligible to play following the fall semester’s conclusion.

At West Virginia: As a freshman, Armstrong played in five games, scoring six points and grabbing four rebounds... scored four points and grabbed two rebounds in season-opener at No. 10 LSU, a game in which WVU scored just 25 points... made last appearance, Dec. 8, against Duquesne, scoring two points and grabbing two rebounds... transferred to APSU after fall semester.

At Shelbyville HS: Under head coach Lynn Burkey, averaged 14.8 points and 6.8 rebounds at Shelbyville High as a senior... shot 51.5% from the field with 44 blocks and 36 assists... scored 502 points as a senior... all-district and all-state... 2006 River City MVP... rated 59th-best prep player by Blue Star Basketball Report... averaged 12.6 points and 9.5 rebounds as a junior at Columbia Central High... scored 316 points as a junior in guiding the Lady Lions to a 30-3 record and a 14-1 conference mark... team also was District 8-AAA champions... District 8-AAA MVP... chosen Region 5-AAA all-tournament team... Street & Smith’s Honorable Mention All-American... McDonald’s All-American Honorable Mention... rookie of the year at Spring Hill High... selected to compete in Tennessee Athletic Coaches Association East-West All-Star game, but did not play due to an injury.
