Biography
2011: Played in 11 games, starting four... came within three minutes of career-high, playing 556 minutes in the defense... played 559 during freshman campaign... Sept. 4 vs. Belmont, made season's first start and played 90 minutes... Sept. 15 at Lipscomb, came off bench and notched season's only shot... started consecutive OVC matches at Jacksonville State and Tennessee Tech, playing 103 minutes at JSU.
2010: As a sophomore, played in nine games, starting one... played 319 minutes in the Lady Govs defense... Oct. 31 at SIU Edwardsville, made season's only start and played 90 minutes... had one shot on goal in the contest.
2009: Â Played in 12 games, starting five, as a defender... was expected to be a contributing freshman early on, starting the first five games... suffered a leg injury towards the beginning of OVC play... played sparingly the rest of the way... Sept. 1 vs. Cumberland, had two shots and one on goal... Oct. 16 vs. SIU Edwardsville, played 79 minutes in a 1-1 tie... Oct. 25 vs. UT Martin, also made significant contributions defensively, playing 63 minutes, in the Lady Govs loss.
High School: Played four years at Lafayette High School outside St. Louis... led the Lancers to a Suburban West championship in 2008 with a perfect 8-0 league clip... played in a defense that allowed only 10 goals in 2008 and eight goals in 2007.
Personal: Daughter of Brian and Cathy Weider... born March 1, 1991... plans to major in business marketing... named to Athletics Director's Honor Roll in Fall 2009.
