Career Recap: Austin Peay
As a senior in 2017

  • Made six appearances, all in relief.
  • Supplied a scoreless inning of relief twice in a two-week span in season’s second half: striking out a batter in outing against Morehead State, April 21 and facing three batters against SIUE, May 6.

As a redshirt sophomore in 2016

  • Returned to mound after missing 2015 and made 11 appearances.
  • Began season with scoreless inning of relief against Bradley, Feb. 21, and appeared in four of Govs first five games.
  • Made season’s longest outing with three innings of relief in final appearance, May 10, against Middle Tennessee.

As a sophomore redshirt in 2015

  • Did not make an appearance for the Governors.

As a freshman in 2014

  • Pitched 10 innings in 11 appearances out of the Govs bullpen in 2014
  • Finished freshman campaign with a 2.70 ERA and only a .206 batting average against
  • Only gave up one earned run in 3.1 innings spanning three OVC appearances
  • Went 1.1 innings giving up no runs against Eastern Michigan, Feb. 25
  • Tossed 1.1 scoreless innings against Middle Tennessee, April 30
  • Ended season allowing one unearned run in five outings totalling five innings.

Career Recap: Lindbergh HS

  • Was a second-team All-Suburban West Conference selection and named to 2013 PNC Bank High School Baseball Showcase Team following senior campaign.
  • In senior campaign, led Lindbergh with 12 RBI while posting a .328 batting average. On the mound, finished season with 3-5 record and 2.49 ERA in eight appearances, striking out 60 in 45.0 innings pitched.
  • As a junior, had 21 RBI and posted a .329 batting average while compiling a 5-3 record and 3.04 ERA with 42 strikeouts in 48.1 innings.
  • Finished career with 161 strikeouts in 155 innings pitched.
  • Prepped under head coach Darin Scott.
