2007 (Junior Season)

• Played in 20 matches (74 games), did not play in season’s final 13 matches due to injury
• Opened season with career-high tying 11 kills (18 attempts) against Kennesaw State, Aug. 24, and had 28 kills (1.65 kpg) in Lady Govs season-opening tournament
• Also had 59 digs in that season-opening tournament, including two 21-dig outings ? at High Point, Aug. 24, and against Radford, Aug. 25

2006 (Sophomore Season)

• Played in 27 matches (83 games)
• Posted career-high 11 kills (37 attempts) and 12 points against Tennessee-Martin, Sept. 30
• Reached double-digit point territory for first time against Samford, Sept. 22, with eight kills and two block solos for 10 points
• Recorded 161 digs (1.94 dpg), including season-high 15 at Samford, Oct. 7

2005 (Freshman Season)

• Played in 29 matches (103 games)
• Posted double-digit digs in 12 matches, including three 20-plus dig efforts
• Recorded a season-best 10 kills along with 20 digs for her season's only double-double performance
• Picked up 257 digs (2.50 dpg) and served 24 aces

• Under head coach Alana Kooi, Frens was a first-team all-conference, first-team all-region, second-team all-area and honorable mention all-state selection her senior year
• She also was a member of Jenison’s track and field team, competing in the 1600-meter relay and 400-meter dash,
