As a junior in 2015-16: Couldn't be kept out of the lineup during his first APSU campaign... Finished Sewanee exhition 5-5 FGs... Juco teammate of John Murry at Owens CC... Started vs. Vanderbilt, tallying 6 points and Govs’ only assist... Scored 7 points in 18 foul-plagued minutes at Indiana... Scored 15 points in win at Northern Colorado, going 5-of-6 from the floor and stepping out to hit two three-pointers... Broke out with a 23-point performance against Samford, hitting 10-of-12 from the floor... Had eight points and a career-high nine rebounds at Texas A&M Corpus Christi, but only hit 2-of-9 free throws... Continued consistent complemency alongside Horton, going for eight points and eight rebounds--his fifth straight appearance with at least five boards--at Troy... Broke a six-game string of single-digit scoring outings with 10 points in the rematch against Texas A&M Corpus Christi... Needed just 13 minutes to score 10 points against Westminster, adding four assists for good measure... Made it three consecutive double-digit scoring outings with 13 points against Eastern Kentucky in the conference-opener... Had 11 points and six boards against Tennessee Tech... Snapped string of five straight single-digit scoring games with 12 at SEMO on 6-of-12 floor shooting... Posted 16 points on a career-best 87.5 percent (7-for-8) shooting at UT Martin while also dishing out a career-high five assists... Recorded the first double-double of his APSU career with a 19-point, 10-rebound outing at EIU... Made it back-to-back double-doubles with 18 points and 10 boards against UT Martin... Hit 56.0 percent (51-of-91) from the floor over the last 11 contests, including 61.1 percent (11-of-18) during the OVC Tournament... Six points, five boards marking Perry Ellis in the NCAA Tournament's opening round against Kansas.

At Owens CC: One of the most improved players in the OCCAC in 2014-15…after averaging 5.8 points and 3.9 rebounds per game as freshman in 2013-14, nearly doubled statistics as sophomore…averaged 11.6 points, shooting 53 percent from the floor, along with 7.5 rebounds, 1.2 assists, 1.1 steals and 1.6 blocks per game…during OCCAC play, averaged 13.1 points, shooting 63 percent from the floor, 8.0 rebounds and 1.8 blocks per game…as a result, earned second-team All-OCCAC honors...additionally, he finished eighth in the league in rebounding and second in blocked shots...in two seasons, Jones averaged 8.8 points, 5.8 rebounds and 1.1 blocks per game.

High School: Played for Jaraan Cornell at South Clay…as prep senior averaged 11 points, 8.0 rebounds, 3.2 assists and 3.3 blocks per game…named honorable mention All-Northern Indiana Conference (NIC) following the season….selected team’s most improved player.

Personal: Mass communication major…son of Kenny and Adrienne Jones…born  May 16, 1995…age 20…has two brothers and one sister.
