Career Recap: Austin Peay
As a redshirt freshman in 2018

• Appeared in 39 games, starting 11 contests in left field.
• Led all Governors with 28 appearances off the bench, including 10 as a pinch hitter.
• Started in left field against Western Kentucky, May 1, and had a sacrifice hit and single in a 1-for-3 outing.
• Starting left fielder in Eastern Kentucky series finale, April 15, and was 1-for-4 with a run scored.
• Came off the bench at Kansas State, March 20, and went 2-for-2 at the plate. Returned as starting left fielder the next day and was 1-for-3 with a run scored.
• Snapped four-game hitless streak with a leadoff pinch-hit double at Samford, March 7, that broke up a no-hit bid in the fifth inning.
• Started four of Govs first five games, opening season 5-for-15 with four walks and two stolen bases.

Career Recap: Eagleville HS

• Was an outfielder for the Eagles and head coach Travis Holland.
• As a senior, led all Tennessee prep hitters with 73 hits and ranked fourth with a .533 batting average. Also had 42 stolen bases, 10 doubles and 57 runs scored during his senior season.
• Following senior campaign he was named to Class A All-State squads by Tennessee Baseball Coaches Association, Tennessee Sports Writers Association and Tennessee Baseball Report. Also was named Region 5 Player of the Year by Tennessee Baseball Report.
• Also played basketball at Eagleville and averaged 20.3 points per game his senior season.

• Brandon Tyler Kelley is the son of Ben and Derise Kelley.
• Born July 21.
• Has two brothers, Ben and Bryson.
