Career Recap: Austin Peay

As a senior in 2019:

• Started all 18 games in her senior campaign.
• Scored her first career goal in the 51st minute against Tennessee Tech, Oct. 6, putting a header into the back of the net off of a corner kick.
• Matched her career high, playing 110 minutes in the Govs double-overtime win against Jacksonville State, Oct. 11.

As a junior in 2018:

• Appeared in 12 games, while making four starts
• Recorded one shot while logging a season-high 54 minutes against Belmont, Sept. 14.

As a sophomore in 2017:

• Played in six matches, while making one start against Chattanooga, Aug. 8.
• Recorded 210 minutes on the pitch in her sophomore campaign.

As a freshman in 2016:

• Started all 20 matches as the Govs starting outside back.
• Logged 1,729 minutes, including playing 90-plus minutes in 14 contests.
• Tallied her first collegiate assist in 2-0 victory over Alabama A&M, Sept. 11.
• Ranked second on the Govs, logging a career-high 1,729 minutes on the season.
• Went the distance in 14 matches, playing 110 minutes in four of those contests.

Prior to Austin Peay

Starred as a multipurpose player at Sycamore High School under head coach Taylor McCullough… broke the girls school record for most career goals with 76… also recorded 39 assists in prep career… named both team Most Valuable Player and Golden Boot winner for top scorer as a freshman and sophomore… all-conference honoree in her first two seasons at Sycamore... played club soccer with Tennessee Soccer Club, winning the 2015 Disney College Showcase and 2016 U18 National Championship held in Frisco, Texas… also accomplished boxer – the 2015 Title National Champion.

Personal

Daughter of Will and Dawn Fisher… has three siblings, Harmony, Ashley and Emily… born April 9... a Health and Human Performance major, with an emphasis on exercise science.
