As a senior in 2019:
- Played in 29 matches (104 sets).
- Finished season with 236 kills and 45 blocks.
- Set a career-high with 21 kills against SIUE, Nov. 2, finishing match with a .341 attack percentage.
- SIUE match was part of a three-match outburst that saw her post double-digit kills in each contest, finishing stretch with 44 kills over 14 sets and a .262 attack percentage.
- Recorded a season-best .529 attack percentage (9 kills, 17 attempts) against Murray State, Oct. 9.
- Closed September in impressive fashion with double-digit kill outings in six of eight matches, scoring 77 kills at a .240 attack percentage during the stretch.
- After closing September with back-to-back 10-kill outings at SIUE and Eastern Illinois, posted 14 kills against Southeast Missouri, Oct. 4, to close another stretch of three-straight double-digit kill outings.
As a junior in 2018:
- Played in all 32 matches (110 sets) and was third among Govs hitters with 247 kills (2.25 per set) while also notching 54 blocks.
- Named to Rice all-tournament team after 14-kill performances against both Ole Miss, Sept. 14, and host Rice, Sept. 15. She finished the tournament with a .397 attack percentage and 3.08 kills per set.
- Had nine double-digit kill performances during the season, including a 12-kill outing against Jacksonville State in OVC Tournament semifinal match.
- Had back-to-back 11-kill performances in season’s opening week against South Dakota State and host UMKC.
- Put together back-to-back 11-kill outings again in October, posting the mark at Tennessee State, Oct. 13, and against Western Kentucky, Oct. 16.
- Four times during the season posted a season-best four blocks, including in the OVC Tournament semifinal against Jacksonville State.
As a sophomore in 2017:
- Saw action in 25 matches (16 starts) and 72 sets in second campaign, posting 132 kills (1.83 per set) and 43 blocks (0.60 per set).
- Along with Brooke Moore, was one of two Govs to post a team-best five-kill outing against UCLA in Govs NCAA tournament appearance, Dec. 1.
- Came up big in Govs OVC tourney quarterfinal win against Southeast Missouri, posting seven kills off the bench.
- After notching 10 kills at SIUE, Oct. 28, made five consecutive starts, Nov. 1-11, with five or more kills in each start and finished six-match stretch with 39 kills (1.95 per set).
- Started in six of season’s first seven matches, opening 2017 with back-to-back nine-kill efforts against UMKC and Marshall, August 25, before a 10-kill outing at UAB, Sept. 1. Also had two five-block outings in that opening stretch – against Missouri, August 26, and against Georgia State, Sept. 1.
As a freshman in 2016:
- Saw action in six matches (seven sets) during first season with Govs.
- Recorded a kill in four straight appearances off the bench in season’s first month.
- Notched a kill, ace and dig in Govs three-set match against Dayton, Sept. 10.
- Had a kill and block in APSU’s three-set win at The Citadel, Sept. 16.
Career Recap: Westland HS
- Was a three-time first-team All-Ohio Capital Conference Central Division selection while playing for the Cougars with head coach Teri Goldhammer.
- Recorded 249 kills (4.45 per set), 50 blocks (0.89 per set) and 320 digs (5.71 per set) during her senior year.
- Earned second-team all-district honors after that senior campaign, a year after winning honorable mention recognition as a junior.
- Played club volleyball with the Zenith Volleyball Academy.

- Jenna Elizabeth Panning is the daughter of John and Stefanie Panning.
