2021

  • Opening Day starter in center field, and saw action in 52 games, starting all 52 in center field.
  • Finished second on the team with a .330 batting average and led the team in home runs (9), stolen bases (14), and slugging percentage (.515). Was fourth among OVC leaders in stolen bases.
  • In league play, he batted .330 with six home runs, and 28 RBI.
  • Led the Govs with 24 multi-hit games and was tied for the team lead with eight multi-RBI outings.
  • Saw season best seven-game hit streak (.423, 11-26) ended in regular-season finale at Murray State (May 21).
  • Led Govs hitters in OVC series against SIUE (.571), tying his career high with four hits in the series finale, April 24.
  • Posted first career multi-home run effort at Eastern Kentucky, April 3, and had two hits in all three games in the series.

2020

  • One of three Govs to start all 17 games – all in center field – during COVID-19 shortened season.
  • Finished season batting .274 with 13 RBI and led team in home runs (4), triples (2) and walks (10).
  • Batted .366 (11-for-30) over the final eight games, Feb. 29-March 11, bumping average 86 points.
  • Drove in three runs as part of a 2-for-4 performance at Lipscomb, March 10, including a two-run home run.
  • Was a single shy of hitting for the cycle (3-for-5, four RBI),  but hit a 2-run home run to provide game-winning runs in Game 2 victory at Jacksonville, Feb. 29.
  • Finished Eastern Michigan series reaching safely in 8 of 14 plate appearances (4 BB, HBP, 3 H). Series included a 3-for-4 outing in the series finale, Feb. 16.

2019

  • Second Governors player named OVC Freshman of the Year, joining Alex Robles (2014).
  • Started 56 games, all in center field, led the Govs with 73 base hits and was second on the team in both batting average (.333) and RBI (52).
  • In OVC play, batted .311 with six home runs and 26 RBI.
  • Reached base safely first 43 games of his career. The 43-game reached safely streak is tied for the second longest in program history, equaling the mark set by Nate Manning (1996).
  • Notched team-best five outfield assists in rookie campaign, including four in regular season’s final month.
  • Led Govs with 22 multi-hit games, including three three-hit days and a four-hit outing. Also had 14 multi-RBI days with two four-RBI efforts.
  • Saw a 14-game hit streak – the second double-digit hit streak of his career – end in the SIUE series opener, April 26. He batted .407 (24-59) with 16 RBI and 14 runs scored during the streak.
  • Hit an inside-the-park home run in Jacksonville State series finale, May 18. It was the first inside-the-park homer by a Governors batter since 2014.
  • Posted four consecutive multi-RBI outings, April 12-16, with the nine RBI in the Morehead State series followed up by a 2-for-4, two-RBI day at Southern Illinois, April 16.
  • Named OVC Player of the Week, April 15, after batting .500 (8-16) against Evansville and Morehead State. Had a .528 on-base percentage and a .938 slugging percentage in the four-game week.
  • Opened Morehead State set with a three-run double that gave the Govs the lead for good in Game 1. Hit game-winning fielder’s choice in Game 2 of the series, finishing that game 1-for-4 with two RBI. Closed weekend series with a three-run home run in Game 3 and went 2-for-4 at the plate. Finished MSU series batting .462 (6-13) with nine RBI and two home runs.
  • Hit two home runs during Eastern Kentucky series, April 5-6, one in the opener and one in the series finale.
  • Went 4-for-5 with two RBI and three runs scored in Belmont series opener, March 31, to kick off first 14-game hit streak.
  • Hit his first collegiate home run, a two-run go-ahead shot in the eighth inning against Lipscomb, March 5, which proved to be the game winner.

Prep Career

  • Starting outfielder for head coach Brian Hetland at Clarksville High School.
  • Led all Clarksville hitters with .513 batting average as a senior, adding 43 RBI and 43 runs scored.
  • Named to TBCA Class AAA All-State Team, Clarksville Leaf Chronicle All-Area Team, All-District 10-AAA Team and District 10-AAA All-Tournament Team.
  • As a junior, batted .443 with 41 RBI and 31 runs scored.
  • Played hockey with Thunder AAA Hockey the previous three seasons before joining the Nashville Junior Predators program as a senior.
