2024 | Austin Peay

  • Appeared in 47 games, starting 45, where he posted a .333 batting average with 14 home runs and 57 RBI.
  • Started the year with a hit in his first two games against Western Illinois (February 16-18) with an RBI in each game.
  • Had his first multi-hit game of the year at Mississippi State (February 21) going 3-for-5 with an RBI double in the midweek win.
  • Was the most recent player to record three doubles in a game in program history versus Maryland Eastern Shore (February 23), where he went 4-for-5 and tallied three RBI.
  • Hit his first home run of the season at Lipscomb (March 15) with a solo shot to left center to spark a five-game hit streak.
  • Despite going hitless in a three-game span, he went on to have an 11-game hit streak (April 5-23) going 20-for-47 (.425) with six home runs and 13 RBI.
  • Went 3-for-5 against Eastern Kentucky (April 28) where he had his second multi-home run game of the year hitting a pair of four-baggers and tallying five RBI.
  • Had a field day versus Alabama A&M (April 30) where he set a career-best five hit day going 5-for-6 with two home runs and collecting a new program best eleven RBI.

2023 | Austin Peay

  • Began the season with 11 starts in left field, then moved into the starting first base role for 19 games before an injury at the plate against Jacksonville (April 22) ended his season.
  • Played in 32 games, starting 30, and batted .328 with 11 doubles, four home runs, and 29 RBI.
  • Made his starting debut in the season’s second game, going 1-for-3 with two RBI against Illinois State (Feb. 18).
  • Enjoyed his second career four-hit day at Southern Indiana (March 7), including his first home run of 2023
  • Had an RBI in all five games during the Govs’ week in Evansville (March 7-11).
  • Made his first start at first base against Murray State (March 22) and was 1-for-5 with an RBI double.
  • Provided game-winning two-run single in Govs’ 18-15 Game 2 victory at Liberty (March 25), his fourth game-winning hit in 2023.
  • He became the 13th Governors’ hitter since 1996 to post at least seven RBI in a game, going 3-for-5 with seven RBI against Bellarmine (April 2). He finished the Bellarmine series batting .615 (8-for-13) with three doubles, a home run, and nine RBI.
  • Had a hit and RBI in all three games of the Kennesaw State series (April 6-7), finishing the series batting .333 (4-for-12) with a home run, four RBI, and two stolen bases.
  • Opened the Queens series with his second four-hit outing of the season, going 4-for-5 with a double, RBI, and a stolen base.

2022 | Austin Peay

  • Made 43 starts with 24 starts in right field, four in left field, and 15 at designated hitter.
  • Second on the team with a .306 batting average while providing six home runs and 26 RBI in 54 games played.
  • Led the Govs with a .333 batting average in OVC play and had five home runs and 16 RBI.
  • Batted .394 (26-of-66) during the month of April with 13 RBI.
  • Provided walk-off, pinch-hit single in the ninth inning of Govs victory against Bellarmine (March 1).
  • Had career-high four RBI against Kent State (March 5) with a two-run single and a two-run double in a 2-for-3 outing.
  • Hit two home runs in series finale against Southeast Missouri (April 3), his first career multi-homer day.
  • That SEMO game was the start of a 10-game hit streak (April 3-19) that included three three-hit days and saw him bat .425 (17-of-40) with three doubles, two home runs, and seven RBI.
  • Closed the SIUE series with a 4-for-4, four RBI effort that included a double and home run (April 23).
  • Went 2-for-4 against North Alabama in next outing, pushing overall average to a season-best .342 mark.
  • Closed season with a hit in six of the final seven games, including a pinch-hit three-run home run at Tennessee Tech (May 14).

2021 | Austin Peay

  • Appeared in 31 games and made 13 of his 16 starts in right field at Austin Peay.
  • Batted .203 with five of his hits going for extra bases and nine RBI.
  • Notched season’s second triple as part of 1-for-2, two RBI performance against Bellarmine (May 5).
  • Hit first collegiate home run against SIUE (April 23).
  • Batted .333 with a triple and two RBI and posted .500 OBP (3 BB) during Northwestern State series (March 5-7)

  • Was an outfielder and first baseman for head coach Robert Merrill at Cambridge Rindge and Latin School.
  • Named to Dual County League All-Star team in 2019.
  • Also played basketball for the Falcons.
