2022

• Opening Day starter at second base and made 32 starts at second base during the season.
• Batted .228 with four home runs, 19 RBI, and 19 runs scored in 40 games played.
• Closed opening weekend against Boston College with a 2-for-5, three RBI performance that included a home run (Feb. 20) and had five RBI during the series.
• Opened March with a hit in seven of eight games with an at-bat and batted .385 (10-of-26) with seven RBI.
• Went 2-for-4 with a solo home run against Southeast Missouri (April 3).
• Had a five-game hit streak against OVC foes UT Martin and Eastern Illinois (April 8-15), including back-to-back two-hit games. He batted .333 (7-of-21) during the streak with four RBI and his season’s final home run.

2021

• Saw action in 39 games and batted .419 with four home runs, and 31 RBI at Louisburg College.
• Posted a hit and run scored in all four games of the NJCAA Region X tournament, ending the event batting .333 (4-for-12) with five runs scored and two RBI.
• Pieced together a nine-game hit streak (March 27-April 10), batting .565 (13-of-23) during the streak.
• Posted a four-RBI outing against USC Salkehatchie (April 17), going 2-for-3 at the plate.
• Notched second four-run game as part of a 3-for-3, 3 RBI game that saw him hit a double and home run against Southeastern Community College-Whiteville (April 14).
• Scored four times and was 2-for-3 at the plate with a home run against USC Union (April 2).
• Went 3-for-3 with a solo run and five RBI against Pitt Community College (March 17).

2020

• Played in 16 games during the COVID-shortened season for the Hurricanes, batting .250 with a home run and eight RBI in first season at Louisburg College.
• Hit a grand slam as part of a 1-for-2, four-RBI outing against Spartanburg Methodist (May 7).
• Had two doubles, a walk, stolen base, and RBI and was 2-for-3 at the plate against Monroe Community College (Feb. 22).

2019

• Played in 24 games with 10 starts for the Gamecocks his freshman year, hitting .171 with three RBI and a .326 on-base percentage in first season at South Carolina.
• Had the game-winning single in Carolina's 1-0 walk-off win over USC Upstate (May 14)
• Walked twice and scored three runs in a win at Florida (April 11)
• Was 1-for-3 with a walk and an RBI in a win over Kentucky (May 10)
• Went 1-for-2 with a run scored and two stolen bases in a win over North Carolina State (April 2)
• Made his collegiate debut on Feb. 22 against Utah Valley

• Charlotte Weekly Baseball Super Team (2018)
• Three-time NCIAA All-State team
• Three-time CISAA All-Conference team
• Hit .342 with 35 runs scored, seven doubles, four triples and three home runs as a senior at Charlotte Christian
• As a junior, hit .324 with seven doubles and 13 RBI
• Helped Charlotte Christian to a NCISAA 3A state runner-up in 2017 and 2018
• Rawlings-Perfect Game All-America honorable mention and All-Atlantic Region second team (2018)
• Perfect Game Underclass high honorable mention (2016, ’17)
• Played travel baseball for Canes American

Personal

• Jonah Lee Beamon is the son of Nicholas and Chandra Beamon.
• Birthday is March 12.
• Has a brother, Jeremy, who is a pitcher at Liberty.
• His father Nicolas was a member of the South Carolina baseball team (1987-88).
