2025 | Austin Peay

  • Played in 58 games for the Govs, starting 57, primarily in the designated hitter role.
  • Started two games at first base.
  • Was named the ASUN Freshman of the Year after leading all freshmen in the league with a .356 batting average, a .587 slugging percentage, a 1.025 OPS, 50 runs scored, 80 hits, 23 doubles, nine home runs, and 70 RBI.
  • He is the third Governor in program history to be named the league’s Freshman of the Year, and the first since Garrett Spain in 2019.
  • Led the Govs’ roster with 28 multi-hit games and 20 multi-RBI games.
  • Finished the season with a 34-game reached base safely streak (March 25-May 24)
  • Went hitless in his first three games before collecting his first hit as a Governor, which was a home run against Purdue Fort Wayne (Feb. 22) in the series opener.
  • Had a four-hit game against North Alabama (April 26), where he went 4-for-4 with a double and three RBI.
  • Batted .353 (6-for-17) in the ASUN Championship, where he collected five doubles, helping him to a .647 slugging percentage in the tournament.

2024 | Oklahoma State

  • Redshirted as a true freshman for the 2024 season.
  • Played in the Appalachian League for the Danville Otterbots, helping lead his team to win the 2024 Championship.

Prep Career

  • A two-time All-State performer at Lake Travis High School under head coach Mike Rogers.
  • Posted a .458 batting average with eight home runs as a senior.
  • Hit .469 with four home runs and 38 RBI in 42 games as a junior and led team to District 26-6A Championship.
  • Two-time All-Centex and All-District performer.
  • Named Class 6A 2021 Newcomer of the Year as a sophomore.
