Under head coach Brad Dyer was a pitcher and played outfield... as a senior, batted .484 with 14 home runs... as a junior, led the Bruins to a third consecutive district championship and was named to all-tournament team... batted .390 with 20 doubles and 32 RBI... as a sophomore, hit .484 with six home runs and 17 doubles... was a three-time all-district and all-region selection... named district MVP as a sophomore... named to 2008 Tennessee Baseball Coaches Association Region Six team... was a preseason Under Armour All-American in 2010 and was named to Perfect Game Honorable Mention All-America team at season's conclusion.
