Biography

As a redshirt freshman in 2011-12: Appeared in six games off bench, totaling 11 minutes...failed to score a point...blocked shot against Middle Tennessee in college debut...collected first rebound at Tennessee State, Jan. 30.

In high school: Played forward/center for Greg Leib at Althoff Catholic in Belleville, Ill....four-year letterman and three-year starter, earning all-South Seven Conference honors as senior......considered by Rick Bolus High Potential Recruiting as one of Illinois' top 50 recruits...as senior averaged 9.0 points per game, shooting 73.7 percent from floor for 21-9 Crusaders...also averaged 5.3 rebounds and 2.0 blocks per game...as junior averaged 5.5 points per game but shot 85.5 percent (59 of 69) from floor for 22-8 Althoff.

Personal: Physics major....son of Mark and Julie Harms... member of National Honor Society in school along with being named Illinois State Scholar...born March 6, 1992...age 19.
