Career Recap: Austin Peay
As a senior in 2020

  • Made six appearances on the mound, starting twice.
  • Had back-to-back relief outings without allowing an earned run at Jacksonville State, Feb. 29, and against Southern Illinois, March 4.
  • Season’s first start arrived Feb. 20 against Missouri State and held Bears to one run over four innings while striking out three, but did not factor into the decision.
  • Began season out of the bullpen against Eastern Michigan, Feb. 15, and provided 2.1 innings of work.

As a junior transfer in 2019

  • Appeared in 17 games, including five starts, finishing with 29 strikeouts in 24 innings pitched while limiting opponents to 20 hits and a .235 batting average.
  • Was Governors No. 3 starter against Morehead State, April 16, and made midweek starts against Western Kentucky, Middle Tennessee, Evansville and Murray State. Govs were 3-2 in his five starts.
  • Did not allow a run in his last four appearances, striking out three and allowing only one hit over three innings of work.
  • Notched season’s victory with 4.1 hitless, scoreless innings in start against Evansville, April 9, strikeout six and walking two.
  • Struck out season-high seven batters in first start against Murray State, March 27, going 3.1 innings.

Career Recap: Feather River College

  • Starting pitcher for head coach Greg McCarthy, helped FRC win Golden Valley Conference and reach CCAA Northern Super Regionals in 2018 as a sophomore.
  • Posted a 5-2 record with a 3.51 ERA as a senior with 37 strikeouts in 56.1 innings pitched, limiting opponents to a .215 batting average.
  • Teammate of current Governor Brandon Vial as a freshman.
  • Was 1-2 in freshman season with 16 strikeouts in 19.2 innings pitched.
  • Named to Golden Valley Conference All-Academic Team as a sophomore.

Career Recap: Wasilla HS

  • Pitcher for Jason Terryberry, leading Wasilla to consecutive fourth-place state tournament finishes in 2015 and 2016.
  • Named to 2015 Family Insurance ALL-USA Alaska Baseball Team.
  • Named to Alaska Schools Athletic Association State All-Tournament Team in 2015.
  • Pitched no-hitter in 2015 South Central Conference Regional Tournament championship game to send Wasilla to state tournament.
